To begin with, let me explain that I was originally inquiring about LASIK surgery when I found out I had Cataracts in both eyes. Lens replacement surgery was a little more than I had planned on. However, after talking with Dr. Young, I felt more at ease and was so excited about just the possibility of not having to wear glasses, which I had done for the past 25 years.
I had confidence in Dr. Young and his staff but I admit I was a little nervous prior to the first surgery. It turned out to be a very pleasant experience. I couldn't wait to have the second surgery. I have not had any pain at all. In fact, it's like I just woke up one morning and didn't put on my glasses. It's amazing how clear and crisp my vision is now.definitely better than when I was wearing glasses. The ReStor lenses are working great for me. I have 20/25 vision in both eyes. I never dreamed it would be this wonderful. You might say I have a new outlook on life each day!!!
